Processing Time     

All orders are handmade and prepared with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipping.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. If so, this will be noted on the product page.  

2. Shipping Locations We ship worldwide from Georgia (Tbilisi). We offer delivery to: • Europe • UK • USA/Canada.  Other international destinations If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we will assist you.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Delivery time varies by destination and shipping method: • Europe: 7–15 business days • UK: 10–20 business days • USA/Canada: 10–20 business days • Rest of World: 10–25 business days Please note that delays can occur due to customs or international transit. 

4. Shipping Costs Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on: • Destination country • Parcel weight and size Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website. 

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price. • The customer is responsible for any customs fees charged by their country. We cannot control or predict customs processing times. 

7. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is delayed, please contact your local postal service first. If your parcel is lost or has no updates for more than 30 days, please contact us and we will help open an investigation. 

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

9. Eco-Friendly Packaging All orders are packaged using recyclable or reusable materials, in line with our sustainability values.
