Return & Exchange Policy 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item,
please review the policy below. 

  1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. 

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their
  original condition (including tags and packaging).

• Custom-made, personalized, or discounted
   items are not eligible for return.

  2. How to Start a Return 

  To request a return, please contact us

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return 
  • Reason for the return

We will reply within 1–2 business days with the
return instructions and shipping address in Georgia. 

   3. Return Shipping
   
    • Customers are responsible for the return 
     shipping cost from Europe to Georgia. 

    • We recommend sending the parcel with trackable international
        shipping to ensure safe delivery. 

      • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels. 

      4. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, 
      your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
      Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
      credit card company to   process and post the refund too.
      If more than 15 business days have passed
      since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at

    • Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.

     5. Exchanges

   • Exchanges are possible depending on item availability. 
    • Replacement item shipping from Georgia to
      Europe will be calculated and billed  separately. 

     6. Damaged or Wrong Items 
    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us
    within 48 hours with photos.
    We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. 

7. Customs & Duties 

• International returns may be subject to customs inspections.

 • Any customs fees charged upon arrival in
   Georgia will be deducted from the refund.













 

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
